Visa Invitation Letter

If you require a visa to attend ECTMBICS 2027 in Singapore, you may request an official conference visa invitation letter to support your application. Letters are generally issued to registered participants after registration status, any applicable payment, and the required personal details have been verified.

We strongly recommend applying early, as embassy processing times vary by country and season.

Visa invitation letters are supporting documents only

The visa invitation letter is issued solely as a supporting document for your embassy or consulate application. It does not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, or immigration clearance.

Final visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Applicants remain fully responsible for fees, appointments, travel insurance, supporting records, and compliance with all immigration rules.

Eligible participants

  • Accepted and registered oral or poster presenters

Make sure your registration details, passport details, and application documents match exactly to reduce the likelihood of unnecessary delay.
