ECAMCISM 2027 is a open international conference format. Participation is open. Industry leaders and selected academicians are welcome — but all participants must follow the same pathway: submit an abstract or request an invitation. Delegates cannot register directly — registration is enabled only after a proposal is accepted or an official invitation or confirmation is issued.

Can I register directly on the website?
Yes. Non-presenting delegates may register directly. Presenters should submit an abstract and register after acceptance to confirm their presentation.

Can I attend without presenting?
Yes. Non-presenting delegates may register directly without submitting an abstract. Registration provides access to the scientific programme, keynote sessions, oral and poster presentations, and networking activities.
How do I submit an abstract?
Use the Submit Abstract page and provide a short session or proposal title and summary. Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis for relevance and conference fit. Once accepted, registration becomes available.
Can academics and students participate?
Yes. Academics, researchers, postgraduate students, early-career researchers, and university-based innovators are welcome. Presenters follow the abstract review pathway, while non-presenting academic delegates may register directly.
Can I attend without presenting?
Yes. Delegates may attend without presenting. Non-presenting participants can register directly and take part in the scientific sessions, poster programme, networking, and conference activities.
What happens after I submit an abstract?
You will receive a review decision by email. If accepted, you will receive presentation and registration guidance. Non-presenting delegates may proceed directly to registration.
What happens if my abstract is not accepted?
Not every abstract can be scheduled. Where appropriate, the programme team may suggest an alternative presentation format, such as poster presentation, or provide a decline decision based on scope, quality, or programme capacity.
What if I am a sponsor, exhibitor, or partner?
Sponsors, exhibitors, institutions, and partners can contact the conference team directly or use the Sponsor & Exhibition page to discuss visibility, exhibition, and collaboration opportunities.
Will you provide an invoice or formal letter for my organisation?
Yes. We can support invoices, registration confirmation, and organisational documentation where required. Please email us with your billing details and internal requirements.
Do you provide visa support letters?
Visa-support letters are issued where applicable to registered delegates and accepted presenters who have completed registration. Please refer to the Visa Letter page for requirements.
