EICBPI 2027 is an open international conference for researchers, academics, students, biotechnology and pharmaceutical scientists, clinicians, professionals, innovators, manufacturers and industry participants. Industry leaders and selected academicians are welcome — but all participants must follow the same pathway: submit a abstract or request an invitation. Non-presenting delegates may register directly. Presenters should submit an abstract, receive a review decision, and then register to confirm their presentation.

Can I register directly on the website?
Yes. Non-presenting delegates may register directly. Presenters should submit an abstract and register after acceptance to confirm their presentation.

Can I attend without presenting?
Yes. Non-presenting delegates may register directly without submitting an abstract and can attend keynote sessions, oral and poster presentations, panels and networking activities.
How do I submit an abstract?
Use the Submit Abstract page and provide the required author details, presentation title and abstract. Submissions are reviewed for relevance, clarity, quality and alignment with the conference themes.
Can academics and students participate?
Yes. We welcome selected academicians whose work aligns with biotechnology innovation, pharmaceutical translation, regulation, manufacturing readiness, or strategic collaboration. However, academicians are not exempt from curation — participation is still open and requires abstract acceptance or invitation confirmation.
Can I attend without presenting?
Yes. Approved participants may attend without presenting as strategic delegates, investors, industry partners, or academic observers. Attendance without speaking is still subject to invitation or acceptance.
What happens after I submit an abstract?
You will receive a review decision by email. If accepted, you will receive presentation and registration guidance. Non-presenting delegates may proceed directly to registration.
What happens if my abstract is not accepted?
Not every abstract can be scheduled. Decisions depend on scope, quality, relevance and programme capacity. Where relevant, we may suggest an alternative participation format, consider you for future editions, or invite you to partner sessions aligned with your profile.
What if I am a sponsor, exhibitor, or partner?
Sponsors, exhibitors, institutions and partners may contact the conference team directly or use the Sponsor & Exhibition page, or email us with your objectives and preferred engagement.
Will you provide an invoice or formal letter for my organisation?
Yes. After acceptance or confirmation, we can support invoices, participation confirmation, and documentation where required. Please email us with your billing details and internal requirements.
Do you provide visa support letters?
Visa letters are issued where applicable after acceptance or confirmation. Please refer to the Visa Letter page and contact us if you need documentation guidance.
