Important registration notes

Participation Terms & Important Information

Registration confirmation: A place is confirmed after the applicable payment is successfully verified, subject to conference capacity and any presenter-acceptance requirements.

Invoices and receipts: Supply complete billing details in the form. Payment is processed through Stripe; contact the team if a formal organiser invoice or receipt is required.

Accommodation: Accommodation assistance is charged when selected but remains subject to availability and separate confirmation by the organising team.
