The following categories help us identify the most suitable participation pathway for each delegate. Final invoicing is issued separately after organiser review.

Executive Delegate Pass — €895
For senior biotech and pharmaceutical professionals, directors, business unit heads, innovation leaders, and executive decision-makers attending the congress.
Invited Speaker / Session Contributor — €795
For approved speakers, invited leaders, panel contributors, roundtable participants, and selected session experts.
Industry Delegate Pass — €1050
For company representatives, biotech firms, pharmaceutical solution providers, CRO/CDMO participants, consultants, and commercial delegates.
Academic / Research Delegate Pass — €750
For university researchers, translational scientists, lab leaders, academic innovators, and research-focused participants.
Additional Corporate Delegate Pass — €695
For a second or additional representative attending from the same organisation.

Gala Dinner — €150
Accompanying Person — €200
