ECCSNZS 2027 is an open international conference welcoming researchers, academics, students, professionals, policymakers and institutional delegates. Sustainability leaders, policy strategists, investors, institutional heads, and academics are welcome — but all participants must follow the same pathway: submit a proposal or request an invitation. Delegates cannot register directly — registration is enabled only after a proposal is accepted or an official invitation or confirmation is issued.

Can I register directly?
No. Registration is not available until your proposal is accepted or you have received an official invitation or confirmation from the organising team. Once accepted, we will guide you to the registration step.
Who is this congress designed for?
ECCSNZS 2027 welcomes participants such as: sustainability leaders, policy strategists, institutional heads, investment stakeholders, transition professionals, and academics working at the intersection of research, strategy, policy, and real-world implementation. The programme is designed for interdisciplinary exchange between academic, policy, industry and professional communities.
How do I submit an abstract?
Use the Submit Abstract page and provide your presentation title, abstract, author details and preferred presentation format. The committee will review submissions for programme relevance.
How does abstract review work?
Abstracts are reviewed for relevance to the conference themes and programme. Authors are normally notified after review and accepted presenters can then complete presenter registration.
Can academicians participate?
Yes. We welcome academics whose work aligns with climate strategy, sustainability policy, energy transition, ESG, resilience, net-zero implementation, or international collaboration. However, academicians are not exempt from curation — presenters should submit an abstract for review, while non-presenting academic delegates may register directly.
Can I attend without presenting?
Yes. Approved participants may attend without presenting as strategic delegates, investors, policy contributors, institutional leaders, or academic observers. Attendance without presenting is available through standard delegate registration.
What happens after I submit an abstract?
You will receive a response by email after review. If accepted or confirmed, we will provide next-step instructions including the registration pathway and any invoice or documentation support required.
What happens if my abstract is not accepted?
Not every abstract can be included in the programme. Authors may be invited to revise the submission, consider poster presentation, or attend as a non-presenting delegate. Where relevant, we may suggest an alternative participation format, consider you for future editions, or invite you to parallel conference sessions aligned with your profile.
What if I am a sponsor, exhibitor, or partner?
Sponsorship and partnership enquiries are welcome. Please contact the conference team and describe your organisation and area of interest, or email us with your objectives and preferred engagement.
Will you provide an invoice or formal letter for my organisation?
Yes. After acceptance or confirmation, we can support invoices, participation confirmation, and documentation where required. Please email us with your billing details and internal requirements.
Do you provide visa support letters?
Visa letters are issued where applicable after acceptance or confirmation. Please refer to the Visa Letter page and contact us if you need documentation guidance.
