Can I register directly on the website?
Yes, if you are attending as a non-presenting delegate. If you intend to present, submit your abstract first and complete presenter registration after the abstract has been accepted.
Who can participate?
The conference welcomes academics, researchers, postgraduate students, policy professionals, legal scholars, educators, cultural researchers, social scientists, institutional representatives, practitioners, and delegates interested in humanities, society, governance, ethics, culture, law, and global policy.
How do I submit an abstract?
Use the Submit Abstract page and provide your presentation title, author details, affiliation, and abstract. Submissions are reviewed for relevance, academic quality, and alignment with the conference themes.
Can academics and students participate?
Yes. Academics, independent researchers, postgraduate students, early-career researchers, and professionals are welcome. Presentation opportunities are subject to abstract review and acceptance.
Can I attend without presenting?
Yes. You may register as a non-presenting delegate and attend keynote sessions, oral presentations, panels, networking activities, and other conference sessions without submitting an abstract.
What happens after I submit an abstract?
The conference team will review your submission and send the outcome by email. Accepted presenters will receive the next steps for registration, programme preparation, and any required presenter documentation.
What if my abstract is not accepted?
You may revise and resubmit where appropriate, or attend as a non-presenting delegate. The organising team may also suggest a different presentation format where this is suitable.
What if I am a sponsor, exhibitor, or partner?
Organisations interested in sponsorship, exhibition, institutional partnership, or visibility opportunities can contact the conference team to discuss suitable participation packages.
Can you provide an invoice or formal participation letter?
Yes. Invoice and participation documentation can be provided where applicable. Please email the conference team with your billing details and the documentation required by your institution.
Do you provide visa support letters?
Visa support documentation is available where applicable after the relevant registration or presenter confirmation requirements have been completed. Please refer to the Visa Letter page for instructions.
