Selected papers may be considered for journal publication

Authors presenting at ECHSGP 2027 may be invited or recommended to develop their conference contribution into a full manuscript for consideration by one of the journals listed below. Journal submission is separate from conference abstract acceptance and does not guarantee publication.

All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's own aims and scope, author guidelines, editorial screening, independent peer review, revision requirements, ethics policies, and final editorial decision.

No separate publication fee will be charged by ECHSGP 2027 / Executive Conferencees.

The conference does not collect an additional publication fee for recommending or supporting a manuscript through these pathways. The journals are independent open-access publications and may apply their own article processing charges, waivers, discounts, or institutional funding arrangements under the publisher's current policy. Any publisher charge, if applicable, is handled directly by the journal/publisher and is not a conference publication fee.

Publication Process

How the publication pathway works

Step 1 — Present at ECHSGP 2027

Submit an abstract, receive acceptance, register, and present your work at the conference.

Step 2 — Prepare a Full Manuscript

Develop the conference contribution into a complete article that follows the selected journal's author guidelines.

Step 3 — Journal Submission & Review

The manuscript enters the journal's own editorial screening and independent peer-review process.

Step 4 — Editorial Decision

Acceptance, revision, or rejection is determined solely by the journal under its editorial policies.

Editorial & ethics expectations

Manuscripts must be original and must comply with the selected journal's requirements regarding authorship, plagiarism, research ethics, permissions, conflicts of interest, data integrity, and duplicate submission.

Conference acceptance or presentation does not represent journal acceptance. The journal retains full and independent editorial control over every manuscript submitted.

Publication fee clarification

ECHSGP 2027 does not charge a separate publication fee for these journal pathways.

Because both listed journals operate as open-access publications, authors should independently review the publisher's current APC, waiver, discount, and institutional funding policies before submitting a manuscript.
