Abstract submission does not itself confirm participation. Presenting authors are responsible for submitting accurate author,
affiliation, contact, presentation-category, and scientific information. Abstracts may be considered for oral or poster presentation
according to relevance, quality, programme capacity, and the review process communicated for the Event.
The organising or scientific committee may suggest a different presentation format, session, or time slot where appropriate.
Presenter substitutions, substantial title changes, or changes to authorship may require prior approval so that the published programmeme,
certificates, badges, and conference records remain accurate.
Presenters are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for copyrighted figures, patient information, confidential information,
unpublished third-party data, trademarks, photographs, or other protected material used in abstracts, slides, posters, handouts, or recordings.
Clinical and patient-related content must be presented in a manner consistent with applicable ethical, privacy, and institutional requirements.
Publication opportunities, special issues, proceedings, or journal recommendations are separate from conference acceptance and registration.
Any journal manuscript remains subject to the relevant journal's scope, editorial assessment, peer-review process, publication policies,
applicable publication charges, and final editorial decision. Conference participation or payment does not guarantee journal publication.
