If you require a visa to attend 9th Executive Congress on Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance & Digital Trust (ECAIDGDT 2027), you may request an official invitation letter to support your visa application. Letters are issued to confirmed participants and include key congress and participation details commonly requested by embassies and consulates.
Important Notice
A visa invitation letter is a supporting document only. It does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, and immigration authorities.
Participants are responsible for all visa-related requirements including appointments, fees, travel insurance, supporting documents, and compliance with immigration rules.

“Confirmed” generally means your participation is approved and payment is completed, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
When We Issue the Letter
- After participation is verified
- After payment is confirmed (unless waived in writing)
- After complete passport details are provided
Additional clarification may be requested if details are incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear.
Processing Time
- Processed in the order requests are received
- Urgent cases may be prioritised where feasible
- Corrections or re-issues may require extra time
Fastest processing happens when all details match the passport exactly.
What the Visa Letter Typically Includes
Congress title, dates, location, and the purpose of ECAIDGDT 2027.
Full name as per passport, passport number, nationality, and affiliation as provided.
Speaker, delegate, sponsor, exhibitor, or other approved participation status based on your confirmed registration.
Organizer contact email and general verification details for embassy or consular review.
What we usually do not include:
- Any promise of visa approval
- Any guarantee of financial sponsorship by the organizer
- Any inaccurate statement about employment, funding, or immigration intent

Provide the following details exactly as shown in your passport:
- Full name (passport)
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Passport expiry date
- Congress name or event URL
- Participation type
- Registration reference / invoice number (if available)
- Affiliation / organization
Optional: a scan of the passport bio page, but only if requested by our team. Please do not send sensitive documents unless asked.
Corrections & Re-Issue Policy
Embassies may reject letters that contain incorrect passport details. Please review your letter immediately on receipt.
- Minor corrections such as spelling or formatting can be re-issued after verification
- Major changes such as name or passport number require resubmission of correct details
- Multiple re-issues may be limited to prevent misuse
