Authors whose abstract has been accepted and who have completed the required conference registration may request a letter.
Participants who require an official conference invitation letter to support a visa application for Singapore may request one after their participation has been confirmed. The organising team can provide a conference invitation letter containing the event and participant details needed for embassy or consular reference.
Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
The conference invitation letter confirms the participant's intended attendance at ECEAIDT 2027. It does not guarantee a visa, embassy appointment, entry clearance, travel funding or immigration approval.
Participants remain responsible for checking visa requirements, paying government or embassy fees, arranging appointments, providing supporting documentation and complying with all immigration requirements applicable to their nationality and travel circumstances.
Invitation letters are normally issued after the organising team can verify the participant's relationship with the conference.
