Delegate FAQs (only the essentials)

We keep this page short and clear to avoid confusion. For anything else, email participation@executivecongresses.com.

Is ECAIDGDT 2027 open for public registrations?

No. ECAIDGDT 2027 is an invitation-only executive congress with curated participation to protect relevance, trust, confidentiality, and executive time.

Can I register directly on the website?

No. Delegates cannot register directly. Registration is enabled only after your proposal is accepted or an official invitation/confirmation is issued. If you have not received acceptance/confirmation, please use the invitation request or proposal pages first.

Who is this congress designed for?

Senior participants including: chief AI officers, chief data officers, governance and compliance leaders, digital trust strategists, cybersecurity executives, policy and regulatory stakeholders, enterprise technology leaders, legal and risk leaders, investors, innovation decision-makers, and selected academicians aligned with executive-level AI governance and responsible deployment. This is not a mass-registration conference.

How do I request an invitation?

Use the invitation request form and share your role, organisation, and objective. This helps us assess fit for executive roundtables, closed-door sessions, and strategic discussions. This applies to both industry and academic participants.

How do I submit a proposal?

Use the proposal page and provide a short title and summary for your session idea. We prioritise content that is strategically relevant, outcome-driven, governance-aware, and suitable for executive discussion. Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis. If accepted, registration will be enabled and sent to you by email.

Can academicians participate?

Yes. We welcome selected academicians whose work supports AI governance, digital trust, ethical deployment, cybersecurity, data stewardship, policy development, or enterprise implementation. Participation remains curated and follows the same pathway: invitation/acceptance first, then registration.

Can I attend without presenting?

Yes, if approved. Attendance as a strategic delegate without presenting is available for qualified participants, subject to invitation or confirmation.

Do you provide invoices and documentation for organisations?

Yes. After acceptance or confirmation, we support invoices, participation confirmations, and documentation where needed. Please email your billing details and internal requirements.

Do you provide visa letters?

Where applicable, visa letters can be issued after acceptance or confirmation. Please review the Visa Letter page for requirements.
