Participation is invitation-only. Senior industry leaders, policymakers, governance professionals, technology strategists, cybersecurity experts, compliance leaders, investors, and selected academicians are welcome — but all participants follow the same pathway: submit a proposal or request an invitation. Delegates cannot register directly — registration is enabled only after a proposal is accepted or an official invitation/confirmation is issued.

Use the proposal page and provide a short title and summary for your session idea. We prioritise content that is strategically relevant, outcome-driven, governance-aware, and suitable for executive discussion. Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis. If accepted, registration will be enabled and sent to you by email.
Yes. We welcome selected academicians whose work supports AI governance, digital trust, ethical deployment, cybersecurity, data stewardship, policy development, or enterprise implementation. Participation remains curated and follows the same pathway: invitation/acceptance first, then registration.
Yes, if approved. Attendance as a strategic delegate without presenting is available for qualified participants, subject to invitation or confirmation.
