Yes. Participants may attend without presenting as delegates, clinical representatives, industry participants, institutional representatives, sponsors, exhibitors, or professional attendees. A presentation is not required for delegate registration.
The scientific committee will review the submission and communicate the decision by email. Accepted presenters will receive presentation and registration instructions. Where required, the Secretariat can also assist with invoices and participation documentation.
Abstract acceptance depends on scientific relevance, clarity, available programme space, and the selected presentation category. Authors may be offered an alternative format such as poster presentation where appropriate. Participants may still attend as delegates if places remain available.
