Delegate Information How participation works

EECCTM 2027 is a curated executive format focused on clinical innovation and translational impact. Participation is invitation-only. Senior healthcare leaders and selected academicians are welcome — but all participants follow the same pathway: submit a proposal or request an invitation. Delegate Information & FAQs

EECCTM 2027 is built to protect executive time and ensure relevance. This page clarifies eligibility, invitations, proposals, registration enablement, invoices, documentation, and participation format. If your question isn’t covered, email participation@executivecongresses.com.

1) Participation pathway

The core principle is simple: request invitation or submit a proposalreviewconfirmationregistration enabled. This protects relevance and ensures closed-door discussions remain high-value.

Is EECCTM 2027 open for public registrations?

No. EECCTM 2027 is invitation-only. Participation is curated to protect executive time and ensure every delegate is aligned with clinical translation and real-world implementation.

Can I register directly on the website?

No. Delegates cannot register directly. Registration is enabled only after (a) your proposal is accepted or (b) an official invitation/confirmation is issued.

Invitation request vs proposal — what’s the difference?

Request Invitation is best if you want to attend as a delegate (with or without presenting). Submit Proposal is best if you want to propose a talk, case discussion, roundtable prompt, or strategic session. Both routes are reviewed and can lead to acceptance/confirmation.

How long does the review take?

Reviews are processed in short cycles. If your request is time-sensitive (e.g., travel documentation), mention it in your message so we can route it correctly.

2) Eligibility & who should attend

We prioritize decision-makers and contributors who can participate in closed-door sessions with confidentiality, relevance, and a clear outcome focus.

Who is this congress designed for?

Senior participants including: hospital executives and clinical leaders, medical directors, translational researchers, pharma/biotech R&D heads, clinical operations and trial leaders, precision medicine and digital health decision-makers, regulators/payers (where applicable), investors, and selected academicians aligned with real-world clinical translation.

Can academicians participate?

Yes. Selected academicians aligned with clinical translation and real-world implementation are welcome. Participation remains curated.

What factors are reviewed for eligibility?

We look at your role/seniority, clinical relevance, translational fit, the value you bring to closed-door discussion, and how your objectives align with the congress themes and delegate mix.

Can I attend without presenting?

Yes, if approved. Strategic delegate attendance is available for qualified participants. In your invitation request, clearly mention your objectives and what you want to achieve.

3) Proposals & speaking

Proposals can be talk-style, case-based, panel prompts, executive roundtable discussion starters, or implementation/translation frameworks. Keep it concise and outcome-driven.

How do I submit a proposal?

Use the proposal page and provide a clear title and brief summary. If accepted, registration access will be enabled and sent to you by email.

What makes a strong proposal?
  • • A clear clinical translation problem and why it matters now
  • • The decision-point (what leaders will decide/learn)
  • • Real-world implementation angle (pathway, barriers, evidence)
  • • Practical outcomes (framework, roadmap, recommendations)
  • • Relevance to senior stakeholders (clinical, regulatory, payer, operations)
Can I propose a closed-door roundtable topic?

Yes. You can propose a roundtable prompt, discussion question set, or an executive problem-solving session. Please indicate the participant profile you want in the room (e.g., clinical leaders, trials, diagnostics, payers).
