The primary gateway is Vienna International Airport (VIE). Once the venue is confirmed, we will publish the recommended airport-to-venue routes and typical travel times by train/taxi.
How do I choose a hotel before the venue is confirmed? ▾
If you need to book early, choose a central, transit-connected district (examples listed above) to keep flexibility. After venue confirmation, we will provide venue-aligned recommendations and (if applicable) a preferred booking arrangement.
