1) Problem / context

Briefly explain the clinical, scientific, or translational context and the problem or knowledge gap being addressed.

2) Objective & methods

State the objective clearly and summarise the study design, methods, data, approach, or framework used.

3) Results & conclusion

Summarise the principal findings or expected contribution and explain the clinical or translational significance.

What happens next?

The scientific committee reviews relevance, clarity, quality, and programme fit.
We may request clarification or minor revisions by email where needed.
Accepted abstracts are assigned an oral or poster format according to review outcome and programme capacity.
Accepted presenters receive registration, presentation, and scheduling instructions.
